開荒是清潔工程之首，由于建筑工程中常常會遺留下許多垃圾污垢，各種地面石頭，墻壁上會遺留下水泥漿塊、油漆、玻璃膠、水污、銹跡等，這些都必須在開荒工作中清洗干凈，所以它是一項最艱苦、最復雜、最費神的工作，開荒工程的好壞，直接影響到日后保潔工作的質量和檔次，所以做好開荒有著相當重要的要求。

1、 首先清理現場留下的裝修垃圾；

2、 由上到下全面吸塵；

3、 擦玻璃：先用毛巾把玻璃框擦拭蓋土網 防寒布 麻繩 油麻繩 麻刀 瀝青麻繩 靜壓造型線 自動澆注機 鑄鐵拍門 鋼制拍門 玻璃鋼拍門干凈，再用涂水器沾稀釋后的玻璃水溶液，均勻的從上到下涂抹玻璃，有頑固的污漬用鏟刀清除干凈，再重復以上工序后用刮子從上到下刮干凈，用干毛巾擦凈框上留下的水痕，玻璃上的水痕用機皮擦拭干凈。
3.
